When the pandemic hit, the world entered into an unprecedented lockdown. Movements were restricted, livelihoods gravely affected. Reality hit home hard for many. Fear and chaos ensued – when will we see the light?
We are a chosen people, a prized treasure. The blazing eyes pierce into our souls, examining if we are in darkness or the light.
The Artist was reminded of the Divine promise to us that we will be “called out of darkness into his wonderful light”. YES! With determination and faith, we will be able to get out of this.
This work is part of Sound of Art COVID-19 Fundraiser, where 100% of proceeds go to charity.
