SaBU Sabu enjoys using the power of observation to internalise greatness of the Creator, and to express inner feelings and the glory of God through the universal language of visual art.

The modern era is all about speed and effectiveness, and even the art world is using digital computers as a new trend. SaBU chooses to be counter-cultural, creating in a slow-moving mode. Her forte is the use of her hands as the main tool for creation, and use direct touch to create works that express her emotional intensity.

Everything originates from nature… blue sky, colorful clouds, four seasons foliage, change of light and shadow, all the beautiful things make the heart full of beauty. This huge driving force makes SaBU unable to stop praising the Creator with her creation. She enjoys the use of many types of art media, ink, oil painting, graphic, three-dimensional, painting, collage, sculpture. She likes experimentation and creativity.

In recent years, she has focused on researching a set of homemade pigments. The use of different types of paper and materials in different colors make good use of the paints' characteristics and create alternative elements. SaBU is passionate about environmental protection, so some works will use some waste materials, recycled materials and re-inject new vitality, so that her works raise awareness of environmental protection.
