Q: If I make a purchase for the COVID-19 Fundraiser, do I have to pay delivery fees?

A: There will be no extra fees charged for fundraiser purchases. However, delivery fees incurred will be deducted prior to the final donated amount. You may also choose to do a free self-pickup instead.

 

Q: If I make a purchase for the COVID-19 Fundraiser, will there be any proof of the donation to charity?

A: Yes, documentation of the donation will be provided to you.


Q: Are you still delivering during this COVID-19 situation?

A: Due to the COVID-19 situation, deliveries can only be fulfilled after the "circuit breaker" in Singapore has ended (tentatively 1 June 2020) and in compliance with government advisories.

 

Q: Can I speak with someone who can advise me on my purchase?

A: Yes, you may use the WhatsApp message feature on our website to speak directly with us.
